Do you have clients who are interested in buying property here in Spain?

We believe in one-to-one dialogue with the client via email and/or telephone, in order to ascertain their exact needs.  We then send several photos of any properties in which they are interested and fully describe the facilities and the surrounding areas.

• Whilst we do not subsidize viewing trips, we are happy to reserve hotel rooms and transport the clients to and from Jerez airport.

• Your clients will be given first-class individual attention and will only be shown properties that match their criteria. 

• Our transactions are always done through a reputable agent/lawyer.

• We will go with the clients to open their Spanish bank account and also help with the application for their N.I.E. numbers.
